Dedicated, attentive, and creative in finding solutions, Eric is as comfortable guiding residential sellers or buyers as he is marketing new developments. Shebrelle Hunter-Green

A recipient of the prestigious Deal of the Year Award given by the Real Estate Board of New York, Shebrelle believes that the relationship between clients and their broker is about two things: trust and communication. Focused on making customers for life, she has fine-tuned her client service skills, work ethic, and pricing skills over the course of two decades in New York real estate. An investor herself, Shebrelle is a lifelong New Yorker who was born in Harlem and grew up on famed Edgecombe Ave. She specializes in landmark and unique properties in Harlem, throughout Manhattan, and in The Bronx. Pat Gustina
