I am writing to express my thanks and satisfaction with the exceptional service I received from Fran Snelwar...Although I interviewed several different real estate agents before engaging Fran, I chose Fran because she was the only agent who demonstrated a genuine desire to meet my needs in selling my house. I felt she really wanted the experience to be successful for both of us. I felt she was always working hard to make things work out well for me as opposed to being solely concerned with making a commission. In addition, Fran was extremely thorough in handling the innumerable details associated with preparing the house for sale. In my opinion, the house sold so quickly because Fran was so thorough and professional in the work she did before the house was ever listed for sale. In addition, she always made herself available to me by phone. I never had to wait hours or days for her to return my call. I could not reach her on the first try, I always knew she would return my call promptly and she always did. In addition, when I was unexpectedly hospitalized during the selling process, Fran went beyond the call by helping me with details that normally I would have taken care of myself. In short, Fran was wonderful to work with because of the quality and professionalism of her work and because she is just a really nice person! I would recommend her highly and without reservation. -

Fran was wonderful to work with. I was selling the house on behalf of my father, who had just moved into a senior living facility in upstate New York -- and I live several hundred miles away -- so it was essential that I be able to trust her to deal with all of the local details. She gave us sound guidance on staging, on pricing, and when to get the house onto the market. In the end, the house sold within in a week for rather more than the asking price. If I lived locally I would undoubtedly use Fran again -- as it is, I can strongly recommend her.
