As a Realtor-Associate, Joyce McLeary specializes in waterfront homes and condominiums, pre-construction sales and investments, and working with investors around the country in commercial and land acquisitions.

Prior to entering real estate, she was an Instructor at the University of Memphis, Vice President of Executive Development for a large statewide corporation in TN, and a private practice career consultant for professionals. She has a Doctorate of Education majoring in Psychology and Career Assessment and she has co-authored two business books: The Idiot’s Guide to the Portable Office (1999) and By the Numbers: Using Facts and Figures to Get Your Projects, Plans, and Ideas Approved (2000).

Joyce is a member of the Garden Club of Palm Beach and an active volunteer at Bethesda-by-the-Sea, Episcopal Church, Rosarian Academy and Cardinal Newman High School.

She moved to Palm Beach in 1997 from Memphis, Tennessee with her husband, Joe McLeary and their two daughters, Chesley and Madison.

Joyce finds that her substantial background in psychology and business is a tremendous compliment to helping what she does best in Real Estate: matching individuals, families and investors to the exact properties they are seeking.
