How did I get into Real Estate? I originally got into real estate during the period that I was attending college/university because my father was an agent, and I knew that it was a career that allowed me to help others while simultaneously becoming independent financially. I have always been a “go getter” so after my real estate license, I also acquired my broker’s license. Being a “go getter” helps me tremendously in my career especially when it comes to getting desired results for my clients.
What do I love about being a Realtor?
As cliché as it may sound “home is where the heart is.” And I am a person with a big heart, and I love being able to help my client’s in finding a true sense of home. Another way to think of Home is “harmony of mind expressed” and as a realtor I love when this is unfolded during and after the real estate transaction. Peace of mind is everything.
What is my perspective when it comes to helping buyers and sellers of homes?
As mentioned above my duty is to help my client’s find a true sense of home. This includes but is surely not limited to a home that they are proud of, where they can entertain, relax, and create precious memories with their loved ones.
I am not a seller of “just homes” but of a certain lifestyle, in particular luxurious lifestyles. I understand that my clients are looking to live in a great state of comfort and desire to experience extravagant living, whatever that may look like to them.
The client’s I work with are looking for the “best of the best” my knowing and understanding of this makes me great at what I do.
What are some aspects that set me apart?
I am a lover of people of all different backgrounds as I believe that we are all united by Love. I have a BA in International Business and Trade and a minor in Operations Management. I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Creole and can navigate my way through the French language. I am familiar with different cultures and the importance that this brings when it comes to negotiation and bringing everyone together on one accord in a real estate transaction.
I am great at spotting uniqueness in homes and can see value where most people don’t. This helps me especially when it comes to marketing homes in a way that stands out above the rest.
I value integrity and a sense of appreciation.
When I’m not helping my client’s create win-win situations, I am teaching my middle schoolers or fundraising to bring joy to underserved children in Haiti.
