Wolf Jakubowski

Starting out as a principal in small building acquisitions, Wolf earned his broker designation in 1981. As founder of The New York Co-op and Condo Exchange, he anticipated the proliferation of cooperative and condominium apartment ownership in Manhattan. Focusing his practice on Manhattan townhouses, Wolf has negotiated hundreds of building transactions, both as a principal and as a broker. In addition to his inside knowledge of the Manhattan residential market, he is known for his extensive practical knowledge of landlord/tenant laws, real estate legal issues, landmark matters, and construction and renovation questions.
