Samuel P. Sheckman

Sam Sheckman boasts over 25 years of experience as a relationship builder, connector, and creative strategist. Throughout his career, he has excelled in identifying and accelerating new business opportunities across diverse sectors including sports, entertainment, telecommunications, technology, CPGs, fashion, and now real estate. His expertise in growth strategies and business development, particularly with start-ups and early-stage companies, serves as a valuable benchmark for ventures in the real estate realm.



At BHS, Sam's team specializes in data modeling, presentation, and optimizing value for both buyers and sellers in various real estate markets such as home, condo, co-op, and new development, both domestically and internationally. Working under the leadership of Jason Thomas, Sam ensures end-to-end solutions for clients, leveraging a dependable network of top professionals spanning photography, digital rendering, marketing, architecture, interior design, construction, law, lending, data analysis, and multi-disciplinary AI.



Having recently resided in London with his family, Sam found the experience to be immensely enriching, both personally and professionally. Living abroad expanded his already extensive global network and perspective, which he leverages to assist clients in investing in international properties.



Sam, along with his wife, resides in Armonk with their two boys and their newest addition, an Australian Labradoodle puppy named Maxey. Outside of work, Sam loves to travel, skiing, tennis, and classic cars. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Penn State University.
