As a native New Yorker and current downtown West Palm Beach resident I can honestly say that West Palm Beach is the place to be! The year round warm weather, close location to PBI Airport and Palm Beach Island makes this a destination like no other. Why? It’s a city vibe and coastal vibe within a one mile radius. Because there are so many hidden gems and local favorites such as The Norton Museum, Hive Restaurant, RH Rooftop Restaurant, CityPlace Shopping/Restaurant/Fine Dining District, Kravis Performing Art Center, beautiful walking /bike trails. Also the new upcoming Eataly, a renowned Italian Food Hall, and Equinox, the high end fitness club housed in the Laurel, a luxury rental building and with many new offices and condos being built as well as Vanderbilt University graduate business school the area is poised to thrive as a bustling mixed use district.
