"Andrew Friedman came highly recommended through a neighbor he worked with in the past. We entrusted him with the sale of our town home which was in our family for 70 plus years. He gave us excellent guidance throughout the sales process. Andrew obtained a number of offers in a short period of time, and we went with the best offer and closed the sale in record time. We would not hesitate to use his services again." - Michael and Cathy
"I walked into the Cobble Hill office where I met Andrew Friedman and gave him the listing for my rental apartment in Bed-Stuy. It was out with another agency for quite a while. Within days of listing the apartment, Andrew found me a great tenant. It was a real pleasure working with him and I look forward to a long working relationship." - Marie M.
"We really liked talking with you yesterday and realize that your knowledge of these Brooklyn neighborhoods is invaluable and definitely something we haven't heard from any other broker we've spoken to." - Tami M.
"Wow, thanks so much for getting us this apartment. We really enjoyed the ease, swiftness, and your professionalism throughout the process." - A&J
