Simply said, my wife and I could not have sold our Manhattan co-op recently without Denise Wallenstein [and the Anna Kahn Team]. When we put the apartment on the market, our family had already left town for work in Milan, Italy, so we were afraid to have problems making a sale from overseas. Instead, Denise enthusiastically stepped in to take personal responsibility for every detail. Denise arranged staging, photos, and multiple open houses. When offers came in, she was our calm point person, efficiently connecting us to all parties until we arrived at a strong sale price. She advised us well in choosing the right buyers for what turned out to be a challenging board approval process, and she even made sure the apartment was sparkling clean for the buyers’ walk-through. In the end, we relied completely on Denise for everything, and we could not be happier with the result. We felt taken care of,  as if by a good friend.  This was our first listing with Denise Wallenstein, but it will not be the last. I have previously bought and sold five different co-op apartments in New York, and without a doubt she is the best real estate professional I have dealt with in the city.
