Born and raised in Brooklyn, Josh Carter comes from a family with deep roots in New York City real estate—his grandparents were developers who helped shape the borough’s landscape. Growing up surrounded by property, community, and neighborhood transformation, Josh has spent his entire life immersed in the unique energy and culture of NYC.

Now with Brown Harris Stevens, Josh brings a lifetime of local expertise and a reputation for delivering white-glove service across the city’s most coveted neighborhoods, including Brooklyn Heights, Park Slope, Chelsea, and the West Village.
