Meet Kirsten

Recognized as the BHS 2023 East Side Rising Star, Kirsten Aiello is known for her commitment to bringing enthusiasm and loyalty to all of her relationships. Kirsten uses a love of New York City and her people skills to elevate her work in real estate. She brings deep knowledge of how New York Coop and Condo buildings operate, from her many years of serving on her previous and current Coop boards. "Kirsten recently assisted us in selling our apartment and was a joy to work with. She proved to be incredibly industrious and responsive,” said one Upper East Side seller. “Our apartment sold quickly and for our desired price. It was a very positive experience.”

Since moving to New York City in 1994, Kirsten has experienced the city in all boroughs and from all angles. A lifelong runner and athlete, she has run the New York City Marathon, several half marathons, and has completed two Empire State Building run-ups.

While earning her Radio, Television, and Film degree from Texas Christian University, Kirsten performed with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, which includes two Super Bowls, and on three USO tours at several overseas U.S. military bases. After relocating to New York, Kirsten acted in and produced Off-Broadway plays, was a freelance reporter for Bronxnet Television, and earned her SAG card playing a reporter in the film Jerry Maguire.

Kirsten and her husband Greg, the former Senior Vice President of Public Relations for the National Football League, successfully navigated their three children through New York City’s private and public schools. “Raising our kids in New York City was a daily adventure and the biggest gift we could have given them!” Baseball and softball in Central Park, after-school playdates at the Metropolitan Museum, trick-or-treating in high-rise buildings, family bike rides down Park Avenue during Summer Streets, the list never ends! Kirsten believes helping others find their home in this vibrant city is exciting and a privilege.

When not showing apartments, Kirsten can be found teaching one of her spin classes, running in Central Park, cooking, or spending time with her family.

Kirsten Aiello came recommended by a long-time friend of my wife, we were very fortunate to get the referral.
