Downtown Brooklyn is where Alex now calls home, and she can be found most mornings walking her two Cocker Spaniels through the beautiful Boerum Hill and Brooklyn Heights neighborhoods. Having grown up as a national-level competitive swimmer, she’s always derived satisfaction from hard work and determination. These days, Alex loves running and pushing herself in half marathons. Her adventurous spirit has led her to travel around the world, get a private pilot’s license, and sail, as well as find great spice stores and restaurants throughout the city.
