Buying or selling a home requires a toolbox of resources. Andrew has his virtual stager on speed dial and his contractor and top-tier stager are always ready to make his client’s home shine. Whatever needs to be done, no matter the obstacle, to properly position and prepare somebody’s home, Andrew gets the task done so that no money is left on the table.
Andrew is a consummate and caring professional who began his career in Manhattan -- the world’s most complex real estate market -- in 2002. He quickly expanded his exemplary services to Riverdale when he and his family relocated from the Upper West Side in 2006. Today, this dually licensed professional enjoys advising his clients, whether they’re buyers, sellers or investors, from Wall Street to Wave Hill to Westchester.
Andrew works with sellers to ensure proper pricing and positioning. From the moment he walks into the home and meets the owner, to the closing, he handles everything, answers all questions, manages expectations, and only brings his A-game. Staging, competitive analysis, negotiation and marketing are his celebrated services; just ask any of his former clients. He has his finger on the pulse and is well connected to a local, city and global pool of buyers and agents. He uses this knowledge base and network to his client’s advantage, representing their best interests and assuring a stellar experience.
Buyers love working with Andrew for his positive energy and out-of-the box thinking. A natural straight-shooter, Andrew is open with his clients about making a smart investment and what works best for their interests and goals. He offers a wealth of information—from what they’ll need to present a winning board package, to the best neighborhood places to eat to reliable attorneys—and is a dedicated resource for those he has the privilege to work with. Not only does he believe that by becoming his clients’ partner, versus their salesperson, earns him their respect and long term loyalty – it’s an attitude that sets him apart.
Over his successful 20-year career, this ‘Rookie of the Year’ continues to excel at the art of real estate. With an approach that’s laser-focused on matching clients with homes and communities that support their lifestyles, he provides boundless expertise and all-encompassing customer service. No stranger to accolades and awards, Andrew and his properties have been featured in publications including The New York Times, New York Magazine, Wall Street Journal, The New York Observer, New York Post, Downtown Express, The Jewish Week, Brokers Weekly, New York Family, The Riverdale Press, Our Town/West Side Spirit and aired on Open House New York. He also writes the “Ask a Broker” column that appears regularly in Straus Media’s West Side Spirit, Our Town, Chelsea & Chelsea Clinton neighborhood papers.
Andrew has been a resident of New York City (Upper East Side, Upper West Side & Riverdale) his entire adult life knows and loves the area like no other. He quickly cast his net over Southern Westchester when his children started private school in Mamaroneck and penned his first deal in Bronxville shortly thereafter. Prior to real estate Andrew was a successful advertising and marketing entrepreneur and he continues to use many of these talents today in the sale and marketing of his exclusive properties.
When he’s not fulfilling the property dreams of his clients, Andrew, his wife and their twins enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling, and taking advantage of everything the city (and beyond) he loves to sell has to offer.
