Jonathan Goldstein brings over a decade of real estate development, construction, and finance experience to his clients at Brown Harris Stevens. He joined the top-producing Harris Residential Team after a successful 10-year career with one of New York City’s most prolific developers, L+M Development Partners. At L+M, Jonathan played a key role in the pre-development, construction, preservation, and development of over 6,000 residential units across the city.

A people-first approach has enabled Jonathan to bring diverse stakeholders with diverging interests to the closing table, resulting in lasting relationships. He has generated a vast network of connections— including architects, contractors, attorneys, and lenders—which he utilizes to the benefit of his clients.

Given his thorough understanding of the real estate transaction process, Jonathan patiently guides clients through each step of their journey, bringing fun and laughter into the process when appropriate. Always laser-focused on the outcome, he is an adept negotiator who works tirelessly to ensure his clients’ goals are met.

Jonathan grew up in Westchester County and has lived in various neighborhoods throughout Manhattan. He currently resides in Murray Hill. Proficient in both Spanish and Hebrew, Jonathan holds an M.S. in Real Estate Development from New York University and a B.B.A. in finance and international business from The George Washington University, where he graduated summa cum laude.

In his free time, Jonathan can be found perusing local farmers markets and art galleries, cycling in Central Park, or enjoying the outdoors in the Catskills.
