A resident of Manhattan for over twenty years, Sumner has a keen interest in the history, character, and quality of the various communities that make up this remarkable city. Sumner has lived on the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, and Lower Manhattan, and maintains an art studio in Brooklyn; as a result, he is exceptionally familiar with a wide range of neighborhoods and markets. Having grown up in a family of real estate professionals, Sumner is thrilled to bring his passion and knowledge of architecture, design, and luxury real estate to Brown Harris Stevens.
When not working with clients, Sumner can be found in his studio, playing tennis, or at his summer home on Squam Lake in central New Hampshire.
