Having just relocated back to NYC from London, we had a precise requirement: an elegant, family-sized, high-floor prewar in a very specific area of the Upper East Side - and they absolutely delivered. Their 5-star service guided us seamlessly through every step - from the initial search, through negotiation and closing, and beyond, including the co-op board approval process. Nothing phased them. John, in particular, exuded a zen-like calm combined with knowledgeable expertise - perfect qualities for expertly navigating an occasionally complex and high-stakes process. His support extended well beyond the purchase, offering invaluable guidance on engaging contractors for the renovation. They were a joy to work with, and we will definitely be engaging them again for our next NYC purchase.
