As Chief Operating Officer of the Anna Kahn Team and a licensed New York City agent, Kevin operates at the intersection of strategy, process, and client advocacy.

Kevin began his real estate career in 2007 on the technology and operations side of the business, supporting agents and managing the systems that keep deals on track. This foundation gave him a deep understanding of how transactions succeed—and where they fail. After earning his real estate license in 2017, he paired that operational insight with direct sales experience, allowing him to anticipate issues early, navigate complexity, and deliver smooth, disciplined closings for his clients.

As COO of the Anna Kahn Team—ranked among the top 1% of agents citywide—Kevin oversees the infrastructure behind one of New York’s most successful real estate teams, including transaction management, board packages, marketing operations, and internal strategy. He is also actively client-facing, guiding buyers and sellers through showings, negotiations, and the full lifecycle of a deal across Manhattan.

A lifelong New Yorker originally from Queens, Kevin now lives on the Upper East Side with his wife and their dog. He has deep knowledge of Manhattan neighborhoods, with particular expertise in Upper East Side and Upper West Side co-op and condo markets.
