Meet Renata-Shay

Renata's foundation for the way she runs her real estate business originates from the perspective that the client’s best interest is of the utmost priority. She prides herself on building solid and trustworthy relationships with her clients. Renata understands that real estate is more than just luxury; it's people's livelihoods, legacy, aspirations, and for most their largest, most important purchase.

Through her college career Renata studied biology and nursing. With a background in nursing, applied behavior analysis (ABA therapy), and her time being in Montessori lead childcare, Renata’s core values are built on integrity and compassion. She offers thoughtful counsel and aid to all her clients as they make the various important decisions required for the real estate process. Always determined and results-oriented, Renata makes a point to stay laser focused on client needs while making the experience as pleasant and stress-free as possible.

Renata has a special love for NYC and has spent decades living here. She has been doing real estate in New York for 4 years now so she is well-equipped to assist clients to navigate the vibrant New York City market and achieve their goals. She has expertise navigating the Brooklyn market in particular.

Renata’s hobbies include traveling, all things involving the kitchen, and spending quality time with her family— to name a few. The perfect day for Renata would be a beautiful beach day with her family in Jamaica soaking in the island sunshine, the therapeutic salt water, and light breeze!
