Christopher Thomas

Fort Greene is a historic, culturally rich neighborhood with a warm, community-focused vibe. Its tree-lined streets, classic brownstones, and abundant green space—especially the beloved Fort Greene Park—makes it feel like a true urban retreat. I start most mornings walking my poodle there during off-leash hours, and it’s one of my favorite ways to enjoy the neighborhood. Fort Greene is also home to amazing small businesses, from neighborhood bars and cozy cafés to standout local spots like Graziella’s, my go-to Italian restaurant. With its deep sense of history, diversity, and creativity, Fort Greene strikes the perfect balance between charm and city convenience.
