Before real estate, Ian built a dynamic career in the arts. As a seasoned performer on stage, television, and film, he traveled to every corner of New York, teaching Shakespeare in settings as varied as prisons and prestigious prep schools. During his tenure as the Shakespeare Initiative Associate at The Public Theater, Ian co-produced shows and educational programs, experiences that sharpened his communication skills and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.



A Bronx resident with a master’s degree from Harvard University, Ian combines local expertise with a compassionate approach to ensure every client’s success.
