Originally from Atlanta, he is a graduate of the College of Business and Economics at Towson University, in Maryland, from which he holds a bachelors degree in business. He moved to Lower Manhattan in 2000 and renovated a two bedroom co-op loft in a historic Financial District building. When not working, Richard enjoys spinning at the gym, multi-sport adventure travel with Backroads, cooking, photography, museums, and reading the Sunday paper. He is an active member of the Alliance for Downtown New York, Real Estate Division of the UJA Federation, Towson University Alumni Association, and Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
