As Vice President, Broker Services Abigail Garcia leads Administrative Operations with responsibility for the firm's eighteen offices throughout New York City. Abigail’s goal is to ensure staff performance and excellent broker service satisfaction.
A native New Yorker born and raised in Sunset Park Brooklyn, Abigail determined early on that New York's fast paced real estate industry was for her. She began her career in 1999 working for a top tier firm and her career quickly took off. From there she moved to a management position where she ran operations and licensing for twenty-two offices throughout New York City.
Today, Abigail is proud to call Brown Harris Stevens her "home away from home" utilizing her unique blend of people skills and administrative expertise to bring streamlined and successful agent experience to the firm.
Abigail serves as a motivational and life coach to the residents of the Louis Nine House who have experienced homelessness and also serves as a volunteer at The Neighborhood Coalition for Shelter Residence, which is a long-term, supportive housing facility.
When not hard at work, Abigail enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, decorating, traveling and helping individuals recognize their light from within.
