Mick was an outstanding agent through the entire process of buying a Condo. He helped us navigate the incredibly competitive NYC real estate market to source several off market listings, which resulted in a far quicker process than many of my other friends processes. Additionally, once we decided on a condo, Mick was incredibly helpful through the contract / pricing negotiation process (with conversations anchored in both data and his long experience in the NYC market), as well as, a critical resource in guiding us through all of the closing mechanics for our first purchase experience. Mick was incredibly helpful during our NYC co-op purchase process. He was always quick to respond and very prompt and flexible with scheduling viewings. He went above and beyond, not only coordinating with prospective sellers, but also giving us advice and recommendations for anything else we needed along the way. His expertise of the NYC market was invaluable to us as first-time buyers, and he was able to answer all of the many questions we had. His friendly attitude helped keep us positive during what would have been a very stressful process otherwise. With his help, we were able to find our dream apartment in just a couple of weeks.
