The main hardwood handrail was stripped of over a century of layers of paint completely restored to reveal the original woodgrain beauty. All of the light fixtures in the hallways and exterior have been replaced with new designer energy efficient, eco-friendly light fixtures. The floors in the hallways in the main lobby and garden level hallways were replaced with brand new oak hardwood flooring and the remaining existing floors were stripped, sanded and revarnished. Brand new modern Mailboxes were also recently installed Fully warrantied roof and gutters have recently been replaced. Brand new 75 gallon commercial grade hot water heater. The natural gas powered forced hot air furnace was completed rebuilt in 2018. The fire escapes have been very recently refreshed, repaired, and repainted with commercial grade Rustoleum paint. The an unfinished basement was recently waterproofed and painted and has lots of space; great for storage! The fantastic rear garden space features lush evergreens, spectacular 70-year old hydrangea bushes and other mature greenery that turns this backyard into a private and serene hideaway, perfect for both total relaxation or lively entertaining.
