When Jim passed in April of 2021, he left behind not only his extraordinary body of musical & theatrical works, but also his beloved home in Ridgefield, CT where he lived for nearly 30 years. From the time Jim acquired the quaint country cottage originally located on the property, it became his personal sanctuary where he envisioned & built his masterful home & studio that served to inspire artistic creation & joyful entertaining. Jim took great pride in every object that you will see in his home, which served as the backdrop to his life & work. To honor Jim's legacy, it is the estate's intention to find the next custodian who will be enthralled by the transformative power of Jim's home & art. Jim commissioned prestigious New England architect, Rob Bramhall, to execute his vision.
