Joe treated the situation involving the sale of my mother’s estate’s condo as if we were blood. He carefully laid out a path from beginning to end demonstrating both his incredible expertise and rather perfect eye in staging, inexpensively but beautifully, the condo transformation we had not been able to envision on our own (of a unit with great bones and beautiful window views but that had never been renovated since my mother moved there as a first owner in the late 1980s).
