In 2019, Joshua established The Arcus Team along with Peggy Dahan, Irina Gad, and Cynthia Tarzy after a decade spent running a boutique, residential and commercial brokerage. The team has since grown and covers every facet of the market, from cooperative and condominium sales to townhomes, commercial transactions, retail leasing, and apartment rentals.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Joshua is an active member of the vibrant Upper East Side community, where he resides with his wife and family.
