Since 2003, Scott Harris has been involved in the marketing and sales of over $1.5 Billion of New York City residential property.
Scott was recently recognized as the number 30 broker in New York City and among the top 250 in the nation, in sales volume, by the WSJ/ Real Trends Top 1000 list. He is regularly among the top 0.02% of Realtors nationwide.
Though a philosophy they call Visionary Brokerage, Scott and his team have empowered thousands of clients to bring their dreams to life through real estate and uncover what is next for them in their lives, identifying and securing opportunities in cooperative apartments, landmarked townhouses and condominiums.
For homesellers, each property goes through a proprietary process to create a unique branding campaign and marketing strategy. Deep listening and targeted campaigns have resulted in matches with delighted homebuyers that exceed expectations. Features on social media, television, and international publications each contribute to a business based largely on referrals. Scott represents both buyers and sellers in top buildings across Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Concurrently, Scott developed more than two decades of experience in New Development, closely collaborating with top developers in the planning, marketing, and sales of premier new residential developments, and creating brand identities for extraordinary properties featuring world-class architecture and design.
Mr. Harris has established a sterling reputation with his clients as a creative, strategic thinker and listener, able to provide value that extends well beyond his Real Estate expertise. Solving problems proactively, with patience and professionalism, has made him a valuable asset to his clients and has helped him develop a broad network of expert bankers, designers, architects, and other seasoned professionals.
Scott advises buyers with an approach rooted in extensive market knowledge and research. In addition, he advises investors on purchases and management of well-suited properties, including sourcing qualified rental tenants for these units.
Prior to Real Estate, Scott gained valuable experience in the fast-moving, real-time nature of the entertainment industry, as an artist manager and exclusive booking agent. These years uniquely prepared him to be a top Real Estate professional in New York City, exposing him to a diverse, international client base which he continues to cultivate.
Scott was born and raised in New Orleans, where he attended The Isidore Newman School. He holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and resides with his wife and three children on the Upper West Side. He is a dedicated marathon runner and crossword enthusiast.
