Real estate has long been a part of Atalita’s life, honing her skills by managing her family’s portfolio with prominent Brazilian real estate company Patrimovel. After modeling and walking the runways of top fashion brands, Atalita returned to her other passion: real estate. She moved to NYC at age 22 to pursue her passion and has since immersed herself in the city and its market by working directly with prominent builders and clients alike. Her modeling experience taught her the importance of creating and upholding a brand and identifying with client's needs, which she now does at Brown Harris Stevens.
Integrity, loyalty, networking, and market knowledge are the cornerstones of Atalita’s career. She is committed to each of her clients and uses this knowledge to assist them through every step of the transaction process.
In her free time, Atalita enjoys weekend trips to Miami, a variety of outdoor activities—from hiking and golf to tennis and swimming—and spending time with her 11-year-old daughter and miniature schnauzer. She is an avid traveler and cook, often hosting dinner parties for her friends in the city.
