Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Brooke brings a warm, relationship-driven approach to New York City real estate. After graduating from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing, she relocated to New York City in 2016 and quickly developed a deep appreciation for the city’s dynamic neighborhoods, architecture, and lifestyle.

Since beginning her real estate career in 2018, Brooke has built her business on trust, market knowledge, and a strong commitment to client service. Her background in fashion sharpened her eye for detail, aesthetics, and branding — skills that naturally translate into helping clients navigate the buying, selling, and rental process with confidence and clarity.

Whether buying or selling, Brooke is dedicated to delivering a personalized and seamless experience tailored to each client’s unique goals. She currently resides in the West Village with her husband and their beloved ragdoll cat, Petunia.
