Bud is also an active investor and has a passion for buying and renting out investment properties. He is a member of NYC Real Estate Investor Association and the Real Estate Board of New York.
He is very much invested in his community and actively involved in services to his neighborhood. This includes attending community board meetings, volunteering in his children’s school in the School Leadership Team, and as an Auxiliary Police officer with the NYPD at the 34th Precinct.
Outside of real estate Budhram’s passion includes, running in local parks, biking along the Hudson river, playing tennis and kayaking.
