A 22-year veteran, Deborah Sabec has been a standout in the real estate industry due to her seasoned knowledge, wealth of experience, proven record of sales and exceptional relationships with her clients. In 2015 and 2016, she was the recipient of the prestigious Five Star Real Estate Agent Award, which is given to less than 1% of real estate agents in the New York City market.
However, accolades aren’t the only thing Deborah consistently receives. Her extensive outreach has led to the repeat and referral business of loyal clientele who think of no one else when it comes to their changing real estate needs. “Deborah is our go-to agent who delivers, literally, every time we’ve engaged her services. Her level of knowledge, integrity and sales acumen garner results even in the worst economic times.”
Deborah is also very personable, easy to work and always looking out for her clients’ best interests at all costs. Even throughout the most complex transactions, Deborah is considered a calming, level-headed force. As another client puts it, “It is often said that if you work with a real estate agent, watch your wallet. Deborah is the exception. She is understanding, straightforward and most important, listens and reacts to your needs. In a tough field for both buyers and sellers, it’s great to have her on your side.”
Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Deborah has lived in Manhattan her entire adult life. She is a graduate of The Stern School of Business at New York University and an active member of its alumni association. Deborah currently resides on the Upper East Side in a co-op she has owned for 20 plus years. Her tenure on her co-op board provides her with a unique perspective and expertise, which translates into helping and educating her clients with the best-suited buildings and apartments for their needs.
