Originally from the Philippines, Edwin R. Josue has been living in New York City for the past 31 years, making a mark for himself in the real estate industry from the start.
When he began his career in real estate in 1993, Edwin totaled $5 million as a residential real estate broker within his first year. In addition to his sales experience, Edwin has managed eight buildings for City Living/American Landmark, most notably the pre-war Bing and Bing buildings on East 73rd Street. He continued to hone his real estate skills under the mentorship of Ms. Adrienne Albert, the president of The Marketing Directors, a residential sales marketing firm.
Two years later, Edwin joined Jean Marc Levet & Partners, and with the firm’s merger into Brown Harris Stevens, he worked as an Associate Broker for four years while continuing to efficiently manage several buildings. With the knowledge he has acquired, both as a broker and a property management expert, Edwin has successfully sold and rented high-end properties all over the city.
In 2001, Edwin formed his own successful real estate company, which grossed $6 million during the first year. He also ventured into an event design company, Design Fusion, with partner Jerry Sibal.
Now at Brown Harris Stevens, Edwin aims to use his unique blend of sales and management expertise to provide his clients with superb, knowledgeable service.
Of note, Edwin is a magna cum laude graduate from San Beda College (AB Economics) in Manila, and earned a Master’s in Business Administration, majoring in finance, from the city’s prestigious De La Salle University.
