A lifelong New Yorker, Elaine Masci was born and raised in SoHo and currently resides in Chelsea. Elaine's continued success for over a decade is attributed to her client-focused and results-driven nature.
Elaine has a well-earned reputation for consistently breaking building and neighborhood records for her sellers and achieving the best prices for her buyers. She also has the distinct claim of never having a co-op board turndown or a property appraise for under its purchase price. Whether the call is a multimillion-dollar investment or a first-time home, she represents the gamut of NYC neighborhoods from Downtown to the Upper East and West Sides. Her sound financial expertise, solid market knowledge, sharp negotiation skills, premier marketing materials, and honest advice help her clients achieve their best ROI.
As a property owner and investor herself, Elaine is also involved in the purchasing and management of her family's extensive portfolio of residential and commercial properties throughout Manhattan, the Hamptons, and Miami. These experiences have allowed her the flexibility to work with first-time buyers and sellers as well as savvy investors and notable personalities. She thoroughly understands the financial and emotional commitment buying, selling, and leasing property entails and as a result her continuously satisfied clients are a constant source of business as they regularly reward her with referrals.
Elaine has a very special connection to her city and is committed to helping maintain its historic integrity. She is a member of the Greenwich Village Society for Historic Preservation and was selected to represent Halstead (now Brown Harris Stevens) as one of only six brokers for their Brokers Partnership. Additionally, she is a member of the Washington Square Park Conservancy, volunteers for NYU's F.A.C.E.S., and donates a portion of every commission to various charities.
Prior to her involvement in real estate, Elaine was immersed in the business world as a Corporate Succession Planning Analyst for a leading global organization. She is a graduate of Lehigh University.
