As a life-long real estate enthusiast and from a multi-generational family of real estate investors, Jacob E. Miles brings years of professional and personal property experience, as a real estate agent, condominium investor, landlord, and a commercial lease manager in New York City and its metropolitan area. Skilled in management and finance and having lived in the NYC area for some 25 years, Jacob is a relationship-builder at heart and is passionate about connecting sellers with buyers and landlords with tenants to create ideal real estate outcomes.

Jacob has represented a wide array of clientele in the sale, purchase, lease, and rental of their homes throughout the NYC area, including life-long New Yorkers, relocating executives, foreign buyers, as well as first-time homeowners. Prior to joining Brown Harris Stevens (formerly, Halstead), Jacob was the Director of Finance & Administration at the global IT-services company Enstoa. Earlier, he was an Executive Director & Business Manager for CIBC’s U.S. investment bank, and, before that, he was a business analyst at operations consultancy Kearney. Jacob earned an MBA (dean’s list distinction) from the Columbia Business School and an MBA from the London Business School, both as part of the EMBA-Global Program(me). Previously, he received a B.S. (magna cum laude) in International Business Administration from Babson College.

Conversational in Spanish and Portuguese, Jacob considers himself a global citizen, having lived in, studied, or traveled to some 65 countries and most U.S. states. He is an enthusiastic supporter of human rights, and has been active in various LGBT-equality causes.
