Jeff Tanenbaum joined Brown Harris Steven (then Halstead) after being at Prudential Douglas Elliman and Barak Realty where he consistently was the highest grossing producer at the company, selling numerous multi-million dollar co-ops and condos as Team Tanenbaum and professional medical spaces under Tanenbaum Healthcare Team. From being nominated Rookie of the year, to being the highest grossing producer for from 2007 to 2011 with the largest sales at the firm, consistently Jeff has proven his unstoppable energy, along with his intimate and expansive knowledge of real estate particularly in “getting the deal done” where both sides leave with a deep sense of personal satisfaction.
