With expertise in property preparation for high-end presentation, John drives superior marketing and merchandising campaigns for the homeowners he works with. Specializing in the NYC metro market throughout Hoboken, Jersey City, Weehawken, and the surrounding metro areas along NJ’s Hudson/Atlantic Gold Coast, and also North NJ suburbs— John is adept at working with new construction, condos, houses, lofts, townhomes, and multi-unit and investment properties. John is a graduate of Montclair State University with a B.S. in Business Management, and a background in accounting and finance. With his well-rounded knowledge in accounting, finance, economic market conditions and real estate, John brings enthusiasm, understanding, and appreciation for the highest and best use of home ownership or investments. John is a Bergen County native with over a decade of hands-on experience with Hudson County and North Jersey real estate. With enthusiasm for what life offers, John enjoys exploring, traveling occasionally, outdoor activities, visiting the Waterfront, NYC often; and going to the beach when possible. He loves to enjoy what the NJ Gold Coast and the NYC metro area has to offer, including discovering the best eateries, parks, restaurants, art shows, and local events and festivals.

Dale and John had sold us our condo a few years back and helped us get it with multiple offers in a bidding war. After we made some beautiful renovations, we worked with them to list it because they know the building and Hoboken market very well.
