As a New York City native, born and raised in Queens, and a current Harlem resident, Jordan is fortunate to have grown up in the city he loves. While he is familiar with all corners of NYC, his current areas of expertise include Harlem, the Upper East Side, and the Upper West Side, as well as the South Bronx and Long Island City.
Before his career in real estate, Jordan attended SUNY Maritime College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in marine operations, as well as a 3rd Assistant Engineer License. While in college, Jordan became a seasoned traveler, working aboard a steam vessel that sailed to 12 different countries, and around the artic circle. He went on to work as an engineer, provided electricity to NYC as a steam plant operator, then later a designer mapping all of Manhattan’s electrical grid.
Utilizing Brown Harris Stevens’ strong network of resources, Jordan is continuously able to adapt to NYC’s dynamic real estate market. From analyzing proprietary data to the state-of-the-art marketing, he employs a comprehensive approach from start to finish.
In his free time, Jordan enjoys spending time with his family, learning Spanish, reading, exercising, and exploring new eateries with friends. He also maintains his love of traveling, both locally and abroad.
