Originally from Brooklyn, Kervin majored in real estate at New York University, taking classes on real estate finance, real estate marketing, and psychology. He began his professional career as an assistant to a prominent NYC agent, and the experience taught him the importance of being a comprehensive neighborhood expert—one who is able to guide and counsel clients on everything from market trends to lifestyle decisions. Kervin’s dedication, honesty, and industry knowledge have helped him build a strong presence citywide, gaining valuable connections along the way.
