Marlene has excelled in New York City real estate for nearly a decade, developing long-term relationships with clients and stimulating business growth through valuable partnerships. Prior to embarking on her real estate career, she worked as a legal assistant in criminal defense and constitutional law, where she also served as a translator. Prior to that, she worked at two prestigious law firms handling everything from trusts and estates to other transactions related to corporate litigation and real estate law. The experience equipped Marlene with a perspective and procedural knowledge that now works to the benefit of her clients. Among her areas of specialty are the Historic Landmark District of Jackson Heights, and Long Island City, Queens, as well as Carroll Gardens and Cobble Hill in Brooklyn.
Marlene graduated from Hunter College, where she earned a bachelor's degree in liberal arts. She is proficient in both English and Spanish. A lifetime resident of Manhattan, Marlene served on the board of her co-op and is an expert in co-op transactions and the development of board packages. When she is not working with her real estate clients, Marlene can often be found ballroom dancing or participating in town hall meetings to support her local community.
