Marta Krystal brings a unique blend of real estate expertise, financial acumen, and client-focused service to Brown Harris Stevens. As a longtime licensed agent and valued member of the Amy Herman Team—one of the firm’s most accomplished and respected teams—she provides clients with strategic guidance grounded in both real estate and finance.
Marta earned her real estate license in 2007 while pursuing her graduate degree in Corporate Finance. She spent nearly a decade in financial services, working on Wall Street in business development and client relationship roles across currency, futures, and options trading. She later managed institutional relationships with hedge funds and private equity firms—first at a major global fund administrator and then at a boutique startup.
Throughout this time, Marta maintained her real estate license with established firms, refining her understanding of the residential market while deepening her ability to navigate complex transactions and serve high-level clients. After the birth of her first child, Marta focused on real estate referrals while raising her family, maintaining active involvement in the industry. She later returned to full-time real estate, seizing the opportunity to join the elite Amy Herman Team.
Known for her warmth, discretion, and professionalism, Marta thrives in helping clients through meaningful life transitions—whether it’s finding a forever home, relocating to the city, or preparing a property for sale. She brings a refined eye for design, sharp attention to detail, and a calm, strategic presence to every deal.
Fluent in English and Polish, Marta lives in Manhattan with her husband and their two children. She has a deep love for New York City’s neighborhoods and architecture, and a personal passion for education, city life, and building lasting relationships.
