Having been a value investor his entire career, he will bring that value perspective to his clients and customers. What does value mean in real estate? It means buying at a good price and selling at a great one. He will adhere to that philosophy in order to guide buyers and sellers through the process.
Michael lives on the Upper East Side with his wife Dr. Jaleh Hoorfar Nathan, a top New York podiatrist. Their three beautiful children attended Horace Mann as well as George Washington University and the University of Michigan. Central Synagogue has also played a vital role in their lives.
