Mitchell has a passion for home renovation and interior design, which has proven to be a powerful tool in building a business in the downtown loft market. He has a significant sales track record and is the Building Specialist for both 125 and 133 West 22nd Street condominiums. He built out his former Chelsea loft from raw space followed by a gut renovation of a Fashion Center/Hudson Yards loft with his partner, Joseph Cook, a Sales V.P. in the fashion world. Seligman believes that this home is located in a quickly evolving area that is scheduled to see many exciting changes in the near future and an area that will lead to the growth of his real estate success.
A veteran of the Direct Mail Marketing world, Mitchell has worked as Vice President of Merchandising and Product Development for America’s top credit card companies. He has developed successful value-added programs for companies such as First USA, Pepsi, Phillip Morris, and Diners Club. He is an alumnus of American Express where he was responsible for creating a profitable Furniture Catalog and Home Furnishings business for their card members. Mitchell began his professional career at Macy’s New York.
Mitchell grew up in Riverdale, NY and from an early age embraced the pleasures of New York restaurants, theater, and culture.
