KNOWLEDGE. EXPERIENCE. INTEGRITY. SERVICE.

Knowledge is empowering. Pamela Schwanke prides herself on her in-depth knowledge of the neighborhoods in her market. She has the ability to guide clients to the best fit for their particular needs, with long-term investment potential always a priority.

Experience can’t be overrated. Pamela started her real estate career in 1984 as a single mom raising two teenage girls in Stamford, Connecticut. Her hard work, steadfast determination, and creative skills soon turned her into a multi-million dollar agent. All the while, she was establishing long-lasting loyalty and respect from the buyers and sellers whose real estate dreams she helped consummate. The proof is in the ever-enlarging network of referrals sent to Pamela by previous clients.

Integrity wins respect. Pamela feels that treating clients with respect and, as she puts it, “brutal honesty,” will always be a promise. She proudly maintains a professional, ethical, and respected reputation in the real estate community; this serves her well when negotiating for her clients.

Service is communication. Pamela believes that “people don’t know what you don’t tell them.” With that as her mantra, she strives to inform her clients of all they need to know to navigate through the buying waters. Once safely harbored, she counsels newcomers with help to re-establish their lifestyles in a new community. As a seller’s agent, contact and feedback are of utmost importance to assure clients that every effort is being made to market their home. Pamela’s promise is to constantly provide market updates and, thereby, facilitate the sale in the seller’s best interest.

Throughout her 35-year real estate career, Pamela has received numerous awards for her multi-million dollar production. These include the President’s Gold Circle Award as well as the Silver and Bronze. As a Relocation Specialist and Third Party Property Manager her skills were honed to be a valuable consultant to both buyers and sellers. Her record sale of Stamford’s highest priced property, the 262-acre estate of the Sulzberger family, (original owners of The New York Times) brought much-deserved recognition.

Pamela currently resides in Oronoque Village, a luxury 55+ community in Stratford, CT and continues to service the lower Fairfield County market with the added benefit of being able to assist people looking for an easier lifestyle in upper Fairfield County communities. An East Coast girl, she was born in New Jersey and has lived in Baltimore and outside Boston. Owning a beach house on Long Beach Island, NJ added to her repertoire of caring for a long-distance property while creating an environment filled with memories over three generations.

A graduate of Newark School of Fine and Industrial Art, Pamela studied at the DeCordova Museum School and is a Certified Staging Professional. She loves animals, walks three miles a day, and enjoys gourmet cooking, interior design, refurbishing vintage furniture, gardening, reading, and spirituality. Prior to real estate, Pamela’s professional involvement was in the arts, dance theatre, and American handcrafts.
