Patrick relocated to New York City to further pursue his passion for residential real estate. As a child, he grew up visiting his grandparents in New Jersey. They often spent day trips together walking through Central Park and appreciating the variety of food the city offers. He is thrilled to call New York City his home.
As a member of the Andrew and Amelia Team (named in the top 1.5% in the Country out of 1.6 million) Patrick now brings over 30 years of experience in advocating for clients, video production, staging, and market trend analysis at his disposal. When not advocating for his clients in NYC, Patrick loves exploring the many neighborhoods the city has to offer, discovering new restaurants, and working out along the Westside Highway while taking in views of the Hudson River and the city’s architecture.
