Raul moved to the US from Ecuador at the age of 25. He is the fifth of eight brothers and sisters, and a first-generation high school and college graduate. He holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Business Administration and a bachelor's degree in Organizational Management. He is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and works to inspire those to become their best selves. As an East Hampton resident, Raul actively enjoys working out, playing tennis, volleyball, music, and practices martial arts.
