ASSOCIATE BROKER
SENIOR CERTIFIED RELOCATION SPECIALIST

While Rena Goldstein's entry into real estate was inspired by her love of working with people, appreciation of design and architecture, and love for Manhattan, her success can be attributed to her hard work and superior service.

"Listening intently to clients' needs, staying constantly abreast of market developments, and always being accessible to field questions and handle details are the key to making great deals happen," believes Rena, who is praised for her warm nature, hands-on approach, and extensive market knowledge. "Of course, loving what you do, and really caring about the best interests of those you serve play an equal and important part as well."

Rena is a member of Brown Harris Stevens’ prestigious Producers Council, Platinum Circle, and Gold Circle and she is a Certified Senior Relocation Specialist. She is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and serves on the Executive Committee of their Residential Sales Council, of which she is Co-Chair. She is also the former Chair of their Board Package Revision Subcommittee, charged with helping to revise and streamline the buying process and educate agents on how to navigate the process successfully. In that regard, she helped create a workshop for agents which she teaches. She is also Co-Chair of the Government Affairs subcommittee. She has also been a member on the Credentials Committee that oversees the Board's New York Residential Specialist program, where she was one of the first agents to receive this designation. She is Board Certified by the Real Estate Board of New York. In October 2009, together with the other founders of the NYRS program, Rena was honored at the REBNY Deal of the Year Gala for her hard work, dedication, and commitment to the advancement of higher education for real estate brokers. Rena is an expert at navigating buyers and sellers through the intricacies of a real estate transaction. Her exemplary dedication, integrity, and results truly set her apart from someone who merely works in real estate versus an agent who is totally immersed in the business.

Earning degrees in Psychology and completing coursework in Art and Design, Rena first exhibited her desire to help people in the field of social work. A former "PTA Mom," she learned a great deal about family and community life while running committees, heading the PTA, and volunteering for charitable causes. In pursuit of her creative side, Rena started her own successful interior design firm, an experience which today enables her to help customers envision possibilities in a potential home. Also a jewelry designer, Rena next teamed with a partner to establish a semi-precious jewelry manufacturing company that sold to specialty and department stores throughout the U.S.

A native New Yorker, Rena moved to the Upper East Side to attend graduate school. She still resides in the neighborhood she loves. Rena looks forward to making your real estate experience a smooth, seamless, and successful one.
