Richard Berman has been enjoying his career as a real estate agent in Palm Beach since 2009 immersing himself in the home building and selling process for the last 28 years. A triple threat - he holds an active general contractors license, architectural license, and a real estate license. Richard understands the true essence of home ownership and can confidently highlight a home’s best attributes while conveying the true meaning and importance of location and value to and for his clients. He understands and can accentuate a client’s needs from the drawing table through the building and inspection process (as the case may be), negotiating the best deal all the way to the end with a successful transaction - passing off keys to a new owner at the closing table.

Currently living in West Palm Beach (growing up in South Florida over the past 45 years), Richard has deep rooted local real estate knowledge. Richard spent many years building and then selling single family homes as well as local town home communities in and around the Palm Beaches. Most recently, Richard built a custom residence in El Cid at 207 Pershing Way from the ground up. He was involved with building and selling The Cloisters at Lake Worth (36 separate 3 story town homes), numerous single-family homes in the Wellington area, and developing land for and building and selling close to 1000 homes in various neighborhoods of S. Miami-Dade County prior to 2002 (as well as his own previous custom home in Pinecrest, FL in 1996). Because of Richard's in-depth knowledge of the building process combined with his 10+ years of negotiating real estate contracts, Richard is the perfect person to bounce ideas off of and to show you the potential in homes around Palm Beach County.

Spending much of his time giving back to the community, when Richard is not working, you can find him volunteering his time at The Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts or the Bak Middle School of the Arts. Additionally, Richard will pour his heart and soul into other charitable organizations such as The Nat King Cole Generation Hope Foundation where their goal is to provide music education to children with the greatest need yet the fewest resources. "Listen to the great music, see the Arts and Smarts, and at the same time get involved in your community to inspire and help people fulfill their dreams" says Berman. "There is so much raw talent in Palm Beach County and we are fortunate to have amazing teachers, educators, students and supporters in our own back yard. The energy I get from helping the kids motivates me to work harder with my clients!"
