Richard began his real estate career in New Jersey, where he and his wife raised their son and daughter. Richard represented numerous buyers and sellers earning membership into his brokerage’s distinguished President’s Club. He also earned the Eastern Bergen County Realtor Associate of the Year award. Starting in 2003, Richard served as a Manager/Broker Associate as well as a Senior Vice President overseeing 100 agents at the Bergen County regional office of one of the largest luxury brokerages in the state.
Richard takes pride in listening to and communicating his clients’ needs and requirements to fellow brokers and their clients and in assisting a transaction throughout its course. Prior to real estate, he had a successful career in the retail and wholesale apparel industry both as a buyer and National Sales Manager for a national chain.
He has been a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtor’s Circle of Excellence Club, served on the Eastern Bergen County Board of Directors as well as the New Jersey MLS Board of Directors, and chaired the Board of Bergen County Circle of Excellence Award Committee for 10 years. Born in Boston and a graduate of Questrom Business School at Boston University, Richard has been a Manhattan resident for 16 years.
