Roy, who prefers to be called Ed, has been a highly successful real estate salesperson in the Park Slope, Brooklyn area. Ed brings his accumulated experience and market knowledge to match the opportunities for an expanding client base. His goal is to bring added value before, during, and after any real estate transaction. Being a good listener and understanding the goals and desires of buyers and sellers is the first important step to reach excellent results for all.

Every buyer and seller has a unique set of expectations and needs when making a real estate decision. Ed has the knowledge and insight it takes to guide clients through the complicated and hard-driving New York real estate market.

Ed has accumulated a set of skills over his years spent in corporate real estate services including leasing, property management, project management, negotiating acquisition, and disposition of properties. This professional experience has added greatly in helping buyers and sellers reach informed decisions.

Ed has been a resident and homeowner in Park Slope for 30 years and values long-term relationships as well as introducing newcomers to the diverse Brooklyn neighborhoods. He is a former trustee of the Park Slope Civic Council and a member of the Prospect Park Alliance. Ed has also been an active volunteer with Doctors Without Borders/Medecins sans Frontieres for more than 15 years.

Originally from the Midwest, Ed attended Boston University for undergraduate and graduate degrees in Interdisciplinary and Urban Studies. While in graduate school, Ed bought and renovated a house in Boston's historic South End neighborhood. This was such a satisfying experience that he repeated the process when moving to Park Slope.

Ed enjoys traveling to all parts of the world to enhance his knowledge of architecture and indulge in the pleasures of urban discoveries from small Italian hill towns to diverse metropolitan centers such as Barcelona and Buenos Aires.
